Even the cat stamps!

As I was working on next months swaps, Chester our 10 month old - 12 pound "baby" cat wanted to make cards too!

He was so proud of himself for picking out just the right embellishment! Dimensional's.   The next morning I walked into my craft room to find that he needed some ribbon also!  Chester is a very active young man, who likes to terrorize his "sisters" and is never too far away from me.  My DH thinks it's funny that he comes running to me when I call him - well ..... 

Stamping on candles

I just love the way these stamped candles turned out.  The technique was simple and with the versatility of choosing your stamp set and colors, your Kr{e}ations can be endless.

If you have ever been in my kitchen, you know my love for everything Chef.  So when I pulled out the Viola stamp set by Stampin' Up! -well- Viola, a chef candle for my garden window.  I bet my DH will be snickering at this new addition! LOL

You know the old saying, once you start you can't stop -well- with the addition of stamped and cut out images from paper, a few beads, and a little color - another kr{e}ation emerges!!  The the 3-D effect on this candle is amazing!  The beaded flowers just pop off this candle.

I am sure this is just the beginning of all of the stamped candles that will be around my house, given as gifts, and of course taught of my March Kr{e}ative Klass!  Hope to see you there. You can email me for date, time and details.  See you soon . . . . 

Thank You

We've done it, finally gone wireless!  A HUGE thank you goes out to a friend of my DH who came over and installed - set up, and provided all the necessary equipment.  Can you say "Dexter in the kitchen!"  LOL  Anyway - this is the thank you card that I made for him.  I just love making "men" cards.

Recipe:  Stamp by art impressions.  Versamark ink.  Embossing powder from Judikins: metallic copper. Ribbon: Michaels dollar bin.  Cardstock and DP from my "scrap box".
